You have seven days to try three classes across everything we offer. Book your first class so we know you’re coming; after that, you do not need to reserve sessions—just check the timetable and rock up.
Book your first classLifting is strength-based and runs as a rolling session, so you can arrive any time within the listed window. LiftCamp combines strength and cardio, while Bootcamp is cardio-based; both begin at their advertised start time.
Every class is coached and scaled to your ability. The gym is open 365 days a year, but always check the latest timetable before coming.
Memberships roll fortnightly with no lock-in contract. You can pause, cancel or change your membership, and credits are available for sickness and holidays—including when the kids are sick.
See membership optionsWe use your logged lifts and a small set of measurements in HEVY to guide your training and check-ins. Measurements are taken at home, ideally first thing in the morning, and include chest, arm, waist, hips and thigh. Free measuring tapes are available at the gym.
We find a sensible starting point, set clear targets, then adjust them using your results and measurements. You can use the calorie calculator for a rough starting estimate, and we’ll help you interpret it.
