🏋️‍♂️ We run 3 different types of classes…

  1. · LIFTING - Strength Based

  2. · LIFTCAMP - Strength with Cardio

  3. · BOOTCAMP - Cardio Based

🤝 All of them are scaled to YOUR ABILITY regardless of your experience level!

🔁 Lifting classes are rolling - meaning you can rock up anytime and we’ll just slot you in - for example Tues is currently 4:30am-11am so you can get there ANYTIME between then!

❗️Liftcamp & Bootcamp are self contained classes so you need to be there at the start!

📆 We are open 365 days a year and have NEVER had a day off - yes even Xmas, NY and your mums birthday

🐝 EVERY class is coached by a legendary, experienced bee-keeper and we’ll guide you through every session you ever do with us.
