  1. Learn & Log your lifts in HEVY

  2. Start Tracking Measurements in HEVY

  3. Add nutritional interventions where needed

  4. Build out individualised programming where needed

How your journey will look…


We prioritise measurements to gauge body composition progress and track

Measurements are done weekly and entered into the app - I then review your training, measurements and then send you a message so we can discuss your week and how your going!

This is enough info to start with!

I can imagine you have plenty more questions but I’ll be able to answer them all much better in person!

Before you head in though, here’s some pearls of wisdom that I think can help set you up for success…

  • Know your starting point. Even if it makes you upset.

    We’re going to celebrate every single win we get from here

  • I don’t care how unfit or weak you are.

    All I care about is improving you.

  • It’ll be slow, it’ll be boring.

    But it’s gonna add up to something special.

  • Food is simple in theory.

    Just Extremely hard in practice.

  • I’m an expert, but not at being you.
